The Dropmore Estate, originally developed by Lord and Lady Grenville in the early 1800s, comprises a Grade I Listed villa set in some 88 hectares of gardens containing a number of Grade I and II Listed architectural features, parkland, woodland and an extraordinary pinetum collection. The estate as a whole is included on the Register of Historic Parks and Gardens, listed as Grade II.
terra firma carried out masterplanning and detailed design as well as the production of a Landscape Conservation Plan and key management plans. The site’s redevelopment involved the restoration and rebuilding of the house and ancillary buildings to create new luxury residences, and the addition of a new modern wing and underground car parks.
