Having previously spent over 12 years working in administrative & IT roles within government and private companies, including Ministry of Defence, Arts Council of England and NTL Telecommunications. Paul went back to college to study Garden Design part time while working for Hampshire County Council and gained a garden design qualification in 2006.
Since joining terra firma in October 2007 Paul has been involved in a huge variety of schemes across the full portfolio of Terra Firma’s work including assessment, masterplanning and detailed design work projects, ranging from the improvement of public open space to work on both housing developments and private estates.
Taking on increasing responsibility he has assisted on such schemes as Maggies Cancer Care Centre Swansea and the Muslim Burial Ground Memorial Peace Garden in Woking.
In addition he has been involved with many smaller housing sites from strategy to planting design through to overseeing construction and maintenance periods on site.
Previous experience includes working as a trainee architectural technician and as part of the Land Supply Monitoring Department at Hampshire County Council.
