terra firma are currently working with Brighton and Hove City Council on the proposals for the Lower Esplanade to both the west and east of the British Airways i360 project on Brighton seafront to restore the working area for the construction of the ‘vertical pier’ aligned between Regency Square and the derelict West Pier. The i360, designed by Marks Barfield Architects, opens this summer, with the lower esplanade scheme starting on site soon after.
