For a decade, terra firma worked on successive phases of development at the site of the former Guinness brewery in Park Royal, London. Originally working for developer Brixton plc, the infrastructure for the site started with the creation of a new public highway, with and high quality roadside planting. The subsequent development of Origin Business park was undertaken for Segro plc. over two phases. The landscape design included a total of 390 specimen trees along with generous shrub borders and lawns, along with large drainage attenuation basins and a publicly accessible ‘pocket park’ created to promote habitat biodiversity.
